James is a recent Queensland University of Technology Graduate who has worked in the legal profession for over 6 years. James started off working in litigation in the Planning and Environment Court assisting developers, local governments and individuals and has subsequently gained experience in research and policy assisting Mr David Janetzki MP when he acted as Shadow Attorney General and Minister for Justice. More recently James has assisted at TASC National, a community legal center servicing South East Queensland which expanded James’ knowledge in a range of areas of law including criminal, family and civil disputes.

At Enterprise Legal, James has further developed his experience in the resolution of disputes and the recovery of business related debts, under the guidance and mentorship of Director, Sharné Lategan. James is familiar with the process of obtaining default judgment and enforcement orders in both the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Magistrates Court. James utilises his legal research skills to provide clients with reliable guidance through this sometimes complex processes. James’ experience in litigation is also helpful when managing and mitigating risks when going to court.
